These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Emails-to-PDF.com (“the Service”), operated by Green Waves Digital LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
1. About the Service
Emails-to-PDF.com provides:
- A unique forwarding email address
- Automated PDF conversion for emails sent to that address
- A secure dashboard to preview, download, and manage PDFs
- A credit-based system to process emails
- The option to purchase additional credits through Stripe
The Service is designed for simple document management, not for high-volume or commercial email processing.
2. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide:
- Your full name
- A valid email address
- A password (stored securely, encrypted)
You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Your Unique Email Address
When you register, you receive a private forwarding address (e.g., yourname@emails-to-pdf.com). You must not:
- Share this address publicly
- Use it for mailing lists, newsletters, or bulk mail
- Forward illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to overload or abuse the system
We may suspend forwarding addresses that appear compromised or misused.
4. Email Processing & Temporary Storage
By forwarding an email to your unique address, you authorise us to:
- Receive the email
- Automatically convert it into a PDF
- Store the email and PDF temporarily
- Display them inside your dashboard
- Allow you to download or delete them
Automatic Deletion
All emails and generated PDFs are automatically deleted after 24 hours, unless you manually keep them in your dashboard. We do not access or read your email content except as required for automated processing.
5. Credit System
- Each email processed = 1 credit
- Credits are deducted at the moment of successful conversion
- You receive 10 free credits upon registration to test the service
- Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is deleted
- Credits are not transferable
If a conversion fails due to a system issue on our side, we may restore the credit at our discretion.
6. Payments, Pricing & Refunds
6.1 Credit Purchases
Credits can be purchased securely through Stripe. Each paid credit allows one successful conversion.
6.2 Free Trial Credits
We provide 10 free credits to all users so they can fully test the service, validate formatting, verify forwarding, and confirm the system works for their needs before buying.
6.3 Pricing Philosophy
Emails-to-PDF.com is not a commercial profit-driven service. Credit prices are set at the minimum level required to cover operational costs, such as:
- Cloudflare workers & storage
- Email routing
- Maintenance, monitoring, and support
- Stripe fees
Our goal is sustainability, not revenue generation.
6.4 No Refund Policy
Because the service provides free testing credits and incurs immediate infrastructure costs, we maintain a strict No Refund policy on all purchases, including:
- Accidental purchases
- Unused credits
- Errors in forwarded emails
- Formatting issues
- Changes of mind
Before making any payment, you are responsible for confirming the service meets your expectations using your free credits.
6.5 Stripe Payments
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe, which may collect billing details as required. We do not store full payment card information.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send or store illegal, abusive, or harmful content
- Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or impersonation
- Forward spam, newsletters, or marketing blasts
- Interfere with or overload the system
- Reverse engineer or circumvent any part of the Service
- Attempt to bypass credit usage
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Service Availability
We strive for stable and reliable performance through Cloudflare’s global edge network. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Network issues
- Serverless processor load
- Third-party outages
We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that:
- Emails will always be delivered or processed
- PDFs will always be perfectly formatted
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Stored PDFs or emails will never be lost
- Credits will always be recoverable
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid to us in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for the content of the emails you forward
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to process emails
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse or abuse the Service
- Required by law
- Activity threatens system integrity
Upon termination, all stored emails and PDFs are permanently deleted.
12. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue features or pricing at any time. We will notify users of significant changes when appropriate.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms follow a global neutral standard suitable for online SaaS tools and may be interpreted under applicable digital-commerce and consumer-protection frameworks. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
